12 | This matter came on regularly for trial before this Court on July 7,

13 | 2004. Plaintiff, Bonita Millard present, represented by attorney Lynne Romano.

14 | Defendant, Craig Canada present, represented by Inland Counties Legal
|
15 | Services by attorney Darrell Moore.
|
16 | The court makes the following findings and conclusion based upon the
|
17 | evidence presented in trial, including but not limited to testimony,
|
18 | documents, arguments and the courts impression of the credibility of the
|
19 | witnesses who testified.
|
20 | FINDINGS
|
21 | 1. Plaintiff has not retaliated against defendant;
|
22 | 2. Defendant himself stated that at the outset of the landlord
|
23 | tenant relationship that plaintiff was not concerned about his
|
24 | marijuana and cultivation.
|
25 | 3. Plaintiff became concerned when her water and electricity bill
|
| became elevated; she experienced confrontations with defendant,
