One thing it does 17 is it gives immunity to arrest for people who have State 18 ID cards. It also sets plant limits which are 19 ridiculously low, six mature plants and/or 12 immature 20 plants which are absolutely preposterous for a medical 21 user. It also allows people to cultivate and provide for 22 others in a coop situation and receive pay for their 23 service.
