11 Q (BY MR. ADAMS:) That would be in ounces; is
12 that correct Deputy?
13 A That's right.
14 MR. ADAMS: I have no further questions.
15 Q (BY MR. ADAMS:) I'm sorry. You made an arrest
16 that day?
17 A Yes.
18 Q And who did you arrest?
19 A Personally I did not arrest him. Mr. Canada was
21 Q Did you see Mr. Canada arrested that day?
22 A I did not see him arrested. I saw him prior to
23 the search warrant at the residence.
24 Q So you have met Mr. Canada?
25 A I saw him seated on his couch inside the living
26 room area of the residence.
27 Q Is he in court here today?
28 A Yes, he is.
