l Q SB 420?

A Oh, yes.

Q What was the major discussions there?

What did you guys talk about?

A Now, this was not back in 2002 that we had this

discussion and whatnot about SB 420. But you want me to

talk about SB 420 here?

Q How did he explain it to you?

A It wasn't explained to me. I read it myself.

Q So you never had any discussions with him

about --

A Yes, I did with David Herrick.

Q What was the nature of your discussions?

What was SB 420 to you and to him?

How did you interpret it?

A SB 420 does several things. One thing it does

ID cards. It also sets plant limits which are

ridiculously low, six mature plants and/or 12 immature

plants which are absolutely preposterous for a medical

user. It also allows people to cultivate and provide for

others in a coop situation and receive pay for their

service. Not for marijuana itself but for the service

providing it.

Q So it said six mature plants; is that right?

A That's correct. It also provides -

Q No, I'll ask the next question.

You were diagnosed with depression, bipolar
