Sorry, but I have to call BS on this. How does one 'misread' a little girl vs. a grown man?

I'm no fan of Craig, but the above is really inexcuseable.

As I said in the other forum. Yuck.

Eric,

Winston first said he received a PM that described an assault against a little girl who was with her mother. He repeated that at least four or five times. Then, he said he'd misread the PM, and that it had actually said the assault was on a mother who had her little girl with her. Winston has now erased most of the claims of an assault against the little girl.

Craig talks about an assault on a man.

It's entirely unclear if Craig and Winston are talking about the same incident.

Funny, I just checked the usergroups twice and you're not listed as a 'moderator'. And yet it says 'moderator' by your name.

But you're doing a good job of convincing me you're just as culpable as Winston; that absolutely nothing is beneath you, and et. cet...

Craig,

To refresh your memory, I was one of the original group of five moderators. When I decided to spend most of my time on the old forum, I resigned my moderator status here. The continued posting of "moderator" by my screen name is a software bug. I no longer have any moderator privileges.

I was arrested again Wednesday. I was smoking a cigarette at the time and two police walked up and demanded to know if I'd been smoking marijuana. They cited me for possession of marijuana, robbed me of nearly a gram of hash, my pipe, my lighter, and MY COFFEE CUP, I was in jail for 6 hours, and I had to pay $110 which I can't afford to get out on bail. And Becky co-signed the bail.

Dude, didn't you have your card on you?

I don't have a card.

I can't afford it.

I tried to get one when I was homeless and they wouldn't give me one because I didn't have an address.

They wouldn't go upstairs and let me get my recomendation, which is also online I think.

I'm going to have to take a cash advance now to buy medicine. And looking at my checking I see two overdraft charges. I don't know what that is about. All I can figure is I've had too deal with too much for two long. But that's another $50 I don't have.

How much am I supposed to take?

Not a one of you could bear up as well under what I've been through. For years and years and years.

I haven't had a moment's peace in years. Not a single moment without huge worries, trials, fines....

You can all go to Hell.

This is not a game. This is my life YOU are messing with.

Craig, it should be obvious that the reason

"Not a one of you could bear up as well under what I've been through. For years and years and years."

Is that we have the good sense not to CAUSE OURSELVES TO "GO THROUGH" what you've brought on yourself.

Man up, dude. You're the captain of your own ship, and YOU'VE put it onto the rocks.

Man up, dude. Get tested so that whomever you spat on can either have some peace of mind or begin treatment for whatever you may have contaminated them with.

Proposition 215 is just for MARIJUANA be it a joint, bud in a pipe, brownies, ice cream or anything else. ARIZONA passed Proposition 200 at the same time. Let him move to the DESERT and smoke HASHISH, if a doctor will write him up for it down there.

The last city ordinance applies only to smoking dope at home on private property. My neighbors smoke weed on their deck every day. The police never hassle them at all. Nobody cares in Santa Cruz.

The freedom to be high doesn't include getting stoned in Abbott Square and being an exhibitionist for the tourists. Craig likes to be a show off with his dope; so he gets arrested and then tells us to rot in Hell. This guy is his own worst enemy...

So smoking hash in Santa Cruz is illegal, regardless of Measure K. Right?

So PSB, how does getting arrested again effect your other problem? You said that one of the conditions was that you not get arrested again.

I don't know.

I expect we will begin a series of 3 jury trials for everything all over again.

The fact is, they cited me on Pacific Avenue even though I had my recommendation. They took my medicine and my pipe. They humiliated me for half an hour.

And it is they, not I, that create the spectacle. There were people sitting all around enjoying the day in Abbot Square until the police came. The arrest time they wrote down is 11:10. One thing I noticed is the place cleared out quickly when the police got there.

And the fact is this would have happened sooner or later. There would come a time in the next year where I would need to be somewhere, and medicate, and one of the police that has a grudge against me would just happen by. And they wouldn't care if I had my recommendation on me or not.

They all know I have a recommendation. Believe me they do.

Some of you may remember a couple of years ago (was it) I tried going down in the riverbed to be discrete. Cost me $140. I hadn't even loaded my pipe before an officer was standing over me.

It wasn't like I was going through an airport in San Bernardino County (or wherever she was), I was in the closest thing to a back yard I have.

It just occured to me MediCann was supposed to send me a card and I never got it.

Unless it's buried in one of the dozen or so stacks of mail I still have to go through ... I was going to call them about it but I got arrested or had to be in court or something.

I know when they arrested me on Pacific Avenue I was in the middle of trying to order a landline with DSL. That has a lot to do with why the order got all screwed up.

And I also just found myself remembering what it was like to see all the horrible messes in my website and my genealogy because I had been harassed. Like the time at the library at midnight with 2 security vehicles, 2 security guards, 2 police cars, and 5 police because I was sitting on a bench outside the library using their wifi.

And dozens and scores of similar instances. Reliving them all as I went over my website finding one embarassing half-started mess after another, and thinking people had been seeing that all this time and thinking that represented ME.

Now, where was I?

Oh, yes.

And I find the concern for MY health and MY peace of my truly ... touching.

It just occurred to me that I was staying with happytears in October (god bless him, and where is he and what is he doing now?). And that after having two broken teeth fall out while there I stumbled into Emeline to learn I had a soaring fever and probably had one for weeks if not months from at least two dental infections. And therefore had just completed a course of antibiotics (and strong ones) when I was assaulted and battered in Pizza My Heart.

All of which I might have recalled a year ago if anyone gave a damn about MY peace of mind and MY health.
