Castle Stirling

Stirling Castle is one of the largest and most important castles, both historically and architecturally, in Scotland. Castle dates from at least early 12th century, present buildings mostly built between 1490 and 1600. Significant works by James IV, James V of Scotland, and James VI. Still in use today.
