  	"The records of Madison County, Alabama, Deed Book Z, page 489, show that George Steele of Madison County, Alabama executed a Deed of Gift to George G. Steele of Travis County, Texas, dated June 13, 1854.  This was perhaps a wedding present tot eh young couple from the groom's father.  We are not able to determine how long they lived in Texas, but within a few months they returned to Huntsville where he died October 4, 1859.  The death of his father may have been the reason for his return to Huntsville."
